Processing time: It takes 3-5 business days to get your order ready for dispatch.

Incorrect Addresses: We not responsible for incorrect addresses. Please ensure your address is correct upon purchase. If items have been sent to an incorrect address that was provided by you, there is nothing that we can do as buyer is responsible for providing the correct address. If you are quick enough to spot the error and email us, we can amend it, but if it has been sent out we cannot do anything or issue a refund.

Missed Delivery: As Items are tracked and signed, if you miss a delivery, you are responsible for rearranging a new delivery time through the delivery partner and the tracking information provided to you (via email or attached to your order). Failure to do so, is not the shop's fault. If a missed delivery item comes back to us, it will cost another shipping fee to send it out to you again. If you only want a refund, the postage cost will be deducted from the total. Buyer is responsible for being there to receive their items.

Returns: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to spiritual nature of the work that goes into each item. Once an item is cleansed or saged and it gets to a person, I cannot then resend/resell it to someone else. Please note a lot of time and energy goes into every single item, please read the listings to check for the sizing before purchasing.

Shipping: All items come in secure envelopes with tracked & signed delivery worldwide. You will receive an email when your item has been dispatched and an email to show your tracking number.

Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

EU Shipping times: 7-11 business days- Track and Sign Delivery. (Please keep in mind that it takes 3-5 days to dispatch the items).

UK Shipping time: 2-4 business days- 2nd class signed for. (Please keep in mind that it takes 3-5 days to dispatch the items).

Worldwide shipping: 3-17 business days Track and Signed Delivery. There are some delays due to covid-19. (Please keep in mind that it takes 3-5 days to dispatch the items).

FAQ

How long does it take for items to work? Items are meditated with and saged. Please note it can take some time for the items to take effect. For some people it can be very fast and for others the energy can be slower. The more you are desperate for results, it can delay because waiting creates more of a waiting energy.

Do they really work? The answer is yes and you will see for yourself! We have sold tens of thousands of intention items in less than 2 years on Etsy. We have averaged 5 star reviews throughout. The items do work and help to bring nothing but positive energy.

Do the items have spell work on them?

No. The items work with your energies to create detachment in your energy, which attracts your intention to you. It doesn't bend another person's free will at all. It works with the law of attraction and the key to this is detachment.
