Customers residing in the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of the contract being concluded, without providing a reason.
However, for digital content and services, by placing an order and requesting immediate delivery or commencement of the service, you expressly consent to the service beginning before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period. You acknowledge that once the service has been fully performed or the digital content has been delivered, your right of withdrawal is lost.
For personalized, custom-made, or bespoke services and products, including but not limited to tarot readings, astrology readings, psychic readings, and other services prepared specifically for you, the right of withdrawal may not apply once work has commenced, as permitted by applicable consumer protection laws.

Tarot readings and services
However, by purchasing a tarot reading, astrology reading, psychic reading, spiritual guidance service, or any other personalized digital service from us and requesting that the service begin immediately, you expressly consent to the commencement of the service before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Your order is a personalized service created specifically for you.
- Work on your reading or consultation may begin immediately after your order is placed.
- Once the service has been fully performed, your right of withdrawal is lost.
- If you request cancellation after work has begun but before the service has been fully completed, you may be charged for the portion of the service already performed, as permitted by applicable law.
- Personalized and custom-made services prepared according to your individual requirements are generally not eligible for a refund once work has commenced.
