EU Consumer Withdrawal Rights and Refunds

For customers residing in the European Union (EU), you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within the applicable statutory withdrawal period. However, this right does not apply once the service has been fully performed or the digital content has been fully delivered with your prior consent and acknowledgment that your withdrawal right will be lost upon completion.

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, delivered, or completed, EU customers may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within the applicable legal timeframe and receive a refund in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Non-EU Customers

All sales to customers outside the European Union are final. No returns, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted once an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law.
