Your shadow is the unconscious aspect of yourself that can often hold onto a lot of energy from the past and past events, making it hard to dissolve and move forward. Shadow work allows these aspects to really be acknowledged spiritually and then to heal them. It helps with healing from Heart break, trauma, childhood wounds, anxiety from situations, triggers and also bad treatment. It also helps to create detachment in your energy with healing so that you feel better and so that you can really manifest everything for your highest good. When your plate is full with a lot of difficulties of the past, the new finds it hard to come through and sit on that plate. This helps to clear things energetically for you so that things can progress without delays. It helps with healing but also manifesting!

Shadow work healing with me is all done on my side. I would look at your energies and help you to further understand aspects to work on and how you can heal.

1. I do a focused meditation on your energies each day for 7 days in the morning.

2. I do a round of healing prayers based on what I have found.

3. I use cleansing and more meditation to further heal the energies.

4. I then feed back everything I have done, to you so you are aware of the blockages and what has been worked on in regards to your shadow (depending on how much there is).
